Predominantly based in Rivervale but you will also get to move around and visit our sites all over WA.Here’s what you’ll do; System Administration: Manage all aspects of Salesforce and other systems, including user management, permissions, and third-party integrations. Support Excellence: Provide top-tier support to end-users, ensuring a professional, customer-first approach across all interactions. Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation and knowledge base articles to enhance system understanding. Optimise Features: Identify and implement underutilised system features, driving increased value for stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Translate business needs into scalable solutions focused on user experience and data quality. Training & Mentoring: Facilitate and participate in workshops and provide guidance to elevate system knowledge and capabilities across teams. System Updates: Oversee system releases and upgrades, balancing business priorities with vendor and security requirements. Maintenance & Automation: Ensure data security and drive automation to reduce manual processes and enhance data quality. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. A Bit About You…..You are naturally curios and technically minded with a knack for solving challenging problems. You will have tinkered with Salesforce recently and be happy to share your knowledge with an awesome internal tech team. You will need to have relevant tertiary qualification and if you have also worked with SharePoint, Dynamics 365 or Power platform that will give you the edge!And the benefits?As a not-for-profit organisation we are fortunate to be able to offer generous salary packaging options to all our employees.
