Due to continued growth in our Digital Systems and Services group, the opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Information Technology to join our highly skilled team for a period of two years. About the Role Reporting to the Coordinator of Digital Systems and Services, you will provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on various IT products and services. This includes troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and software issues for end users, as well as assisting staff with effective use of devices and applications. You will also play a role in researching, planning, and implementing IT projects, supporting the Digital Systems and Services team across areas like Helpdesk, Cyber Security, Systems and Network Engineering, and Data Modelling. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have recently completed a degree in Information Technology (or a related field) within the previous two years and hold up-to-date industry knowledge. You'll bring experience with end-user hardware, software applications like Microsoft 365, and skills in research, analysis, and information presentation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders to help enhance our processes and recommend improvements. This is a temporary full-time role working 35 hours per week, for a period of two years, with a base salary ranging from $68,669 - $76,222 per year based on demonstrated experience + 11.5% p.a superannuation.
