Haynes are currently seeking a Frontline Service Officer for one of our valued clients located in Moranbah, Queensland. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Deliver high level of customer service and library focused functions through Council's Community Hubs Responding to and actioning phone enquiries and channeling to relevant departments Processing and receipting Council and third-party payments and documentation Accurate end of day balancing of registers and floats Facilitate internal and external facility bookings Undertake library resource loans, reference queries and library management systems On Offer: Casual ongoing employment basis Monday to Friday roster Rotating Roster Week 1 - 8:30am to 1pm, Week 2 - 12pm to 5pm $38.47-$42.23per hour (experience dependant) Mandatory Requirements: Australian Open Drivers Licence reliable vehicle Current Blue Card (working with children check) or ability to obtain Previous experience in a similar role Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen At Haynes, we keep things simple: We back the talent of our people and land the jobs that best suit their needs.
