Francis Jordan is a two stream co-educational school catering for boys and girls from Early Learning (Pre-Kindy) to Year Six. We are a modern and well resourced school positioned in Currambine near Joondalup. The School enjoys a close relationship with the Parish and the strong support of the parent community. Together with a comprehensive academic curriculum, Francis Jordan places strong emphasis on excellence in teaching and learning.
We are seeking an experienced (preferred), suitably qualified, Social Worker committed to the pursuit of educational excellence to be part of a progressive and dynamic team. The position is one day a week that is flexible.
Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will:
• Have completed a 4 Year degree in Social Work.
• Be prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.
• Have the ability to work cooperatively as part of an enthusiastic team.
• Be able to demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
• Have experience in the role of social worker.
Qualifications Required
• 4 Year degree in Social Work or its equivalent.
• An active member of the Catholic Church (desirable).
