Skills and experience
We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across paid search and social. Key competencies include:
* Google ads and GA4 certified.
* Experience working with Google Merchant Center.
* Demonstrated experience managing large budgets across paid search and paid social channels.
* Demonstrated experience in lead generation campaigns and using performance max.
* In-depth hands-on experience using the following platforms and technology:
o GA4
o Google Ads and specifically performance max campaigns.
o Bing ads.
o Meta ads.
o Google Tag Manager.
o Looker (Data Studio).
* Exceptional communication skills – you can speak to your work and the work of the team confidently.
* A strong working knowledge of website architecture and SEO.
* Experience implementing tags and tracking, working with Google Tag Manager and social pixels.
* Ability to manage and prioritise own workloads effectively including the ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities and business needs.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with staff at all levels within the organisation with a team player approach and external clients.
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate on multi-channel campaigns.
* Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities
You'll spend the majority of your day pouring through search and social accounts looking for opportunities to improve quality of leads and the ROAS. You'll be working on:
* Management of paid search and paid social campaigns across in-house brands.
* Reporting, analysis, and optimisation of paid media activities.
* Working with internal designer and external agencies for campaign creatives.
* Setup of paid accounts including, but not limited to, Meta and Google for new territories and brands.
* Setup of pixels and tracking for optimal performance of campaigns.
* Budget pacing and management of paid campaigns.
* Researching and staying abreast of digital advertising trends.
* Crafting proposals and strategies for paid expansions, new projects, campaigns, and accounts.
* Competitor research and analysis.
* Digital traffic reporting and analysis.
* Routine monitoring of SEO performance and keyword progressions.
* SEO maintenance and optimisations as needed.
* Ad copywriting and creative briefing.
* A/B testing of campaigns.
* Landing page optimisation and performance analysis.
