The successful candidate is someone who has proven skills and experience in information technology (IT) and is passionate about the eCommerce space. This new and exciting role has been created with an emphasis to manage and maintain our software, systems, and eCommerce functions with laser-focused attention to detail and quick response standards.The IT Systems and Support Specialist is someone who also thrives naturally in a customer first role. The role includes incident and support request management as well as internal technical IT and Systems assistance via phone, remote sessions, and in-person.In addition, the IT Systems and Support Specialist will report to the IT Manager and will play a key role at Ethical Brand Co.
