About our role:
As a Field Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager in the National Field Sales Department, based in Queensland. We are seeking a sales leader who can drive targeted sales outcomes through strong leadership of a sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading from the front by coaching the sales team in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
* You will spend a minimum of 2.5 days per week in the field coaching to be effective, and travel is required for this role.
* Develop a results-driven culture within the team via strategy-aligned KPIs and regular periodic measurements.
* Provide accurate market information and quantifiable regional results to management in weekly and monthly reports, as well as any additional reports necessary.
* Formulate sales presentations as required by the team to improve professionalism with customer accounts. Develop budgets for the customer base considering the product portfolio and promotional support activity.
* Manage region company point-of-sale material and its application in the trade within Lactalis' go-to-market guidelines.
About you:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business (preferred)
* Proven financial understanding – Budgeting, P&L to EBIT, as well as negotiation skills
* Competitive environment knowledge – Category & Channel
* Advanced presentation, data analysis, and understanding skills
* Customer focus – Channel & Retailer understanding
* Market Activation knowledge
