The role works for Abbott Nutrition. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The Opportunity
You will lead top-line sales analytics, including sales drivers, trends, gross-to-net, customer claims. Working closely with demand function and business leaders to identify growth opportunities and sales risk mitigation.
Main Responsibilities
1. Collect and report sales data for affiliates, including to-market sales, in-market sales by channel, customer, export, and domestic. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data.
2. Work with regional market insight and local sales teams to develop a methodology to calculate off-take/consumption and accurately report export sales versus domestic demand.
4. Responsible for channel inventory reporting process and design of annual inventory audit program for Tier 1 and Tier 2 inventory.
5. Implement new and enhanced control processes for ANI ANZ as identified and recommended by the regional/division/corporate audit team.
6. Conduct regular assessments of ANI ANZ's processes to identify gaps and recommend process changes.
7. Prepare and update the internal audit plan, as necessary, in response to changes in Abbott Nutrition International (ANI) ANZ's business, risks, operations, programs, systems, and controls to uphold trade claim hygiene and channel inventory compliance.
8. Responsible for working with regional teams on internal control matters at ANI ANZ.
9. Responsible for implementing, directing, and overseeing auditing and compliance programs.
10. Conduct and direct audits and ongoing reviews of organizational controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations.
11. Review and appraise the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures, and control timeliness of documentation generation.
12. Assess the adequacy and extent of programs designed to safeguard organizational assets.
13. Comply and issue reports detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for control process improvements.
14. Direct and appraise the activities of audit and compliance personnel.
15. Recommend employee training and modifications to procedures as needed.
16. Serve as liaison for applicable projects/audits from regional teams.
Education
Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting/Finance. CPA or CA qualified.
