The Lease Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of lease-related processes at GPT. This includes managing rent rolls, ensuring lease contracts are up-to-date and compliant, and meticulously tracking tenant information and charges in the lease management system.
This pivotal role involves monitoring and managing critical lease milestones such as expirations, renewals, and rent reviews, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are executed smoothly. Additionally, the Lease Administration Manager provides vital support for asset forecasting.
Beyond these core responsibilities, the Lease Administration Manager handles various ad-hoc tasks related to leases and tenants, acting as a key resource for the Logistics Asset Management team.
Responsibilities
* Expertly responding to all accounts payable enquiries and following up debtors.
* Raising purchase orders for operations, management and capital expenditure.
* Managing the end to end administration of assigned lease contacts, ensuring all documents relating to the property are managed accurately in line with GPT's protocols.
* Maintaining SAP RE-FX lease registers with precision and care.
* Accurately undertaking filing and archiving, handling notices, updating SharePoint and issuing correspondence.
* Preparing and entering systems requests to ensure tenant billings are correct such as changes and variations to leases, invoicing and abatements.
* Working closely with key stakeholders on the outgoings budget process.
* Preparing and updating monthly reporting and quarterly reporting for review.
About You
* The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lease administration, finance, or an administration role, with tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce being desirable, though not essential.
* Strong communication skills are essential for building effective and professional relationships with tenants, internal and external lawyers, key stakeholders, and colleagues.
* Excellent written communication skills are also required.
* You will have the ability to process and interpret data with a high attention to detail, along with strong multi-tasking and prioritising skills.
