This role will be responsible for leading, developing, and supporting multi-disciplined teams within Electrical & Control systems across Australia. You will provide expertise and guidance to the team for the design, control, and functional safety of Mobile and Industrial electrical and control systems.In this role, you will continually review and support local product portfolios, ensure company operating & cost efficiencies are obtained, and quality & safety standards are achieved while making sure customer delivery deadlines are met.The role would cover:Review project handover documentation and customer specificationsSchedule, prioritise and ensure on-time delivery of day-to-day work for the engineering design and controls teamsDevelop and improve process, drawing and construction standards, suitable for all industries and applications e.g., Mining, Industrial and MobileSupport the production team to ensure on-time deliverySupport the sales and service teams with the preparation of quotations for electrical and control systemsTravel to site (domestically and internationally) to support the sales and service teams with the development, quotation, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical and control systemsMonitor global product portfolio, identifying products suitable for Australian market range that would support us offering full, turnkey solutionsProvide customer support for electrical/electronic component and system enquiriesWhat we need from youElectrical and/or Mechatronic Engineering DegreeHighly developed interpersonal and negotiating skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels, including internal and external stakeholdersExtensive (minimum 10 years) demonstrated management and engineering skills & experience with the ability to drive engineering tasks from inception through to completionSAP Production (PP) module experienceAutodesk – AutoCAD and Vault experienceTo apply, please select APPLY NOW or contact Julie Henderson at ****** or 0402 670 019 for further information and a confidential conversation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
