They are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to develop an implementation plan addressing key recommendations from an independent review of the Complaints Management System (CMS). Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will have experience in creating implementation plans within a public sector environment, with a focus on strategic planning, investment briefs, benefits realisation and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop an implementation plan that addresses the recommendations from the independent CMS review. Prepare an investment brief outlining the funding required to support the implementation. Create benefit realisation summaries to outline expected outcomes. Plan activities for each recommendation or group of recommendations, ensuring a cohesive approach. Assess resource needs, scheduling, timelines, and define benefits realization strategies. Conduct stakeholder analysis and risk assessments to inform the planning process. Report progress and insights to the Project Sponsor, Director of Relations and Standards Branch, and relevant Steering Committees. Key Requirements: E xperience in developing implementation plans or strategies in the public sector. Experience in responding to independent review recommendations by creating actionable implementation plans.
