As an SAP BASIS Lead, you will be responsible for the operational support of SAP S/4 HANA, Netweaver (ABAP/JAVA Stack), and other SAP applications. Your role will involve managing and leading the SAP team, including SAP Technical and Integration streams, while utilizing your extensive technical skills to provide leadership and technical direction to team members and consultants. You will also be required to respond to critical situations and ensure the smooth running of SAP operations.Roles & Responsibilities:Work in SAP migration projects, including the successful conversion to Unicode. Execute SAP BW, EP, and BO migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and system performance. Manage and perform ECC CU&UP tasks as part of system upgrades and updates. Apply expertise in GRC migration to support governance, risk, and compliance processes. Provide expert-level knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases for smooth data handling during migration and system operations. Lead system refresh activities, including copying, cloning, and maintaining SAP environments. Oversee SAP installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across different landscapes. Utilize Linux and Windows operating systems for system administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
