About the Role: As our Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project contracts, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
You will play a critical role in risk assessment, methodology development, and continuous improvement in integrated management system of quality, safety, and environmental systems.
Key Responsibilities: Review scopes of work and ensure project compliance.Develop risk assessments and construction methodologies.Oversee and maintain ISO certifications for Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.Develop project-specific management plans and procedures.Attend client meetings and liaise on compliance issues.Conduct site inspections and audits.Approve and reject materials and supplies based on compliance requirements.Provide guidance to site supervisors and team members.Identify potential contractors, suppliers, and training needs.Manage quality assurance documentation and reporting.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.What We're Looking For: Experience in quality management systems preferred within the construction or civil engineering sector.Strong knowledge of ISO certifications and compliance requirements.Proven ability to develop and implement project-specific procedures.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Experience in risk assessment, tendering, and contract management.Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and project documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
