The Role A vibrant and dynamic team is seeking a cropping machinery operator farm hand to assist in all facets of the cropping cycle. Annually completing a large-scale cropping program across several farms, they specialise in no-till, controlled traffic farming for the cultivation of broadacre wheat, barley, canola, and pulses, including beans, chickpeas, and lentils. Your prospective employers take pride in the modern fleet of predominately Case IH machinery and equipment and Kenworth trucks, all of which are maintained and repaired onsite in the specially built workshop and washdown bays. Therefore, mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills are advantageous.
