We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. Whilst working within a supportive and friendly environment, you will be trained to perform a range of administrative tasks, including providing support to our sales and property management teams.

Fall Real Estate's eight office locations are family-owned and have been for over 25 years. At Fall, we believe in providing a dynamic and supportive work environment for our staff. As well as being the 'face & voice' of the company, the role is to provide support to our sales and property management team with carrying out their functions. This could include general administrative duties, the preparation of marketing materials, such as property brochures, print adverts, as well as web and social media advertising and data entry.
We will support you in obtaining your Property Representatives licence and facilitate you going forward to complete the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, a nationally recognised qualification.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The role is to support our sales and property management team with key tasks including:
Answering phones, meeting and greeting clients & helping with enquiries
Admin support for sales and property management
Preparation of marketing material
Social media and digital advertising
General office duties
Processing rental applications
Skills and experience
Previous experience working in real estate or administration is desirable
A valid driver’s licence
A polite & confident telephone manner
Excellent verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail
Excellent computer and literacy skills
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
The ability to work in a dynamic team environment
An interest in developing skills in the areas of social media and digital marketing
A current Property Representatives licence (highly regarded but not essential)

This is a full-time position. Pay is negotiable based on experience and existing skills. Office location will be discussed with short-listed applicants at the interview, as we have some flexibility with location, but applicants should be aware they might be asked to work at any location from time to time to cover annual leave or personal leave.

*Please note, a requirement of this role is completing your Property Representatives licence and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Fall will support and pay for you to undertake these qualifications, however, you will need to take a proactive approach to your study and be self-motivated to keep up with your coursework.
