This is a full-time permanent opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high level support to the employee lifecycle which encompasses recruitment, employee promotions, change in employee conditions, probation, and terminations.Interpret and provide advice regarding human resources policies and procedures, EBA and Awards.Offer guidance and support to HR Administrators to ensure operational effectiveness.Management of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and HR Intranet page.Development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.Preparation of monthly reports specifically to provide decision makers with the necessary insights and data for informed decision-making.Undertake project work or HR initiatives as directed by the HRM e.g. Workplace Gender Equality Reporting, Reconciliation Action Plan, etc.Updating of internal templates and ensure policies and procedures are implemented where possible.Identify training needs for business units as required.
