Credible: We follow the evidence. We do what we say we will do Responsibilities Domestic Assistance: Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping. High-Level Personal Care: Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and use of specialized equipment. Respite Care: Provide relief to caregivers, allowing them time for rest or appointments. Social Support & Transportation: Facilitate social engagement and assist with community activities and appointments. Medication Monitoring: Prompt clients to take medication per their Care Plan. Compliance: Follow operational guidelines and reporting requirements. All other reasonable duties that may be included in a NDIS Support Worker Role. Requirements Cert 3 or above in Disability/Aged Care/Individual Support. Minimum 1 year of experience in disability or aged care.
