Be challenged and imagine with us We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations for the Trailblazer for Recycling and Clean Energy (TRaCE) Program. This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic leadership role in a high-impact program, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive meaningful outcomes.In this role you will:Oversee the daily operations of the program, including supervising project staff, managing reporting processes, and monitoring KPIs and research outcomes.Lead planning and coordination across the program's activities, ensuring effective processes and timely, high-quality outputs.Provide high-level strategic advice to support the TRaCE Director and team in delivering on the Program's milestones.Foster internal and external partnerships and collaborations, achieving common goals and positive partnership outcomes.This fixed term position until June 2027, is full time, and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land). How will you inspire us? You will have:Proven experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes.Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build productive relationships.Strong communication skills including demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and support to senior management.Strong financial and planning capabilities, including managing budgets, reporting, and operational performance.
