As a Business Development Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of national accounts, fostering strong relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers. From lead generation to bid conversion, you'll drive sales through client meetings, interstate sales calls, and trade show attendance. You should have excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and a genuine passion for travel. The role requires flexibility, including the ability to work outside standard business hours when needed. Additionally, you must have full, permanent working rights in Australia and hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
