About the Role As the Assistant Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of this busy store, ensuring everything runs like clockwork-from stock management to team leadership.

What You Will Do Oversee daily operations - Keep stock moving, deliveries on track, and the store organised.
Lead a team of 25+ - Motivate, train, and delegate effectively for a high-functioning store.
