Deputy Chief Officer Regional Service Delivery
The Deputy Chief Officer Regional Service Delivery (DOCRSD) is a key leadership position responsible for leading integrated teams across the Western Region, engaging with Volunteer Unit leaders and volunteer members.
About the Role
This role reports to and works closely with the Chief Officer Operations. The DOCRSD is accountable for regional service delivery, including direct volunteer support and capability building, as well as the implementation of VICSES strategies and programs.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing business operations, with a strong focus on engagement and customer service, particularly in complex community-facing sectors.
The ability to develop and influence key internal and external stakeholder relationships is critical. Understanding and leading volunteers with an understanding of emergency management is highly desirable.
