We are currently recruiting for a 3 x Asset Performance Officers for our client, a NSW Government agency based in Parramatta.
This is an initial contract until 30/06/2025 (with possibility of extension) with a pay rate of $58.31ph + super for 35 hours per week.The Asset Performance Officer will work in one of the Asset portfolios (Western Sydney Region, Southwest Sydney Region or Inner City & Eastern Suburbs) and will be responsible for undertaking and reporting on field inspection activities for public housing and residential properties.
You will monitor contractor compliance to the maintenance contract requirements and will interact with both residents and maintenance services contractors on a daily basis.Key Accountabilities: Deliver timely, accurate and effective scoping of works Ensure compliance with Australian Building Codes, Housing Portfolio standards, policies and contract requirements when assigning work to contractor Develop, implement and manage a planned maintenance program using Property Assessment Survey (PAS) data Identify and resolve compliance issues in collaboration with contractors, issuing necessary notices when required Key Requirements: Sound building experience or exposure, together with experience in contract administration including preparing quotations or estimates.
Understanding of the Australian Building Codes, Australian Standards, Government or commercial probity and contracting standards.
