The Company Our client is a well-known, dynamic hospitality company seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team to offer the provision of strategic and operational people solutions for their portfolio of business. The Role You will be in a key leadership role which is responsible for the management and delivery of HR Services. The role will oversee HR and people development aspects among field teams, collaborate with the People team for unified, regional service, fulfill business objectives through boosting people capability, and serve as a consultant on HR and people-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with People Team to develop and implement people strategy, identify future leaders, and guide change management initiatives. Work with regional and area managers to plan resources, develop teams, and reward achievements. Monitor and address employment practices using diagnostic tools like turnover and exit interviews. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes and identify and address any skill gaps in the workforce. Consult on employee relations and safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies, and promoting a psychologically safe workplace. About you To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic HR professional who has exceptional work ethic and strong skills in building strategic partnerships. You will also be able to deliver on the following: Quality of advice measured by feedback from clients Timeliness and responsiveness of service level Quality of HR solutions and initiatives as agreed Full compliance to relevant employment regulatory requirements in delivery of advice and processes.
