In this exciting role, you'll be part of the Melbourne PX4 Health Research Initiative, a groundbreaking study aimed at uncovering the causes and correlates of death and disability in Australia. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you'll apply your clinical expertise while developing advanced skills in data collection, patient engagement, and research methodologies. Your responsibilities will include: Participant Recruitment & Engagement – Facilitate participant enrolment, conduct health interviews, and manage follow-ups.Clinical Research & Data Collection – Perform non-invasive dental examinations, collect bio-samples (saliva and plaque), and support multi-method health research.Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to ethical research protocols, maintain data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with a multidisciplinary team across research platforms to enhance study outcomes.You may be a great fit if you: Are a registered dental practitioner (dentist, oral health therapist, or dental hygienist) with at least two years of clinical experience.Have a passion for clinical research and participant-centred care.Possess strong communication skills and an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Are eager to develop advanced research skills, including data collection, bio-sample processing, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Hold postgraduate qualifications in dentistry, public health, or a related field.Have experience with clinical research methods, biosample collection, or data management platforms (e.g., RedCap).Possess ICH-GCP certification (TansCelerate Biopharma E6(R2) compliant).What we offer you!
