About Our Client A proud Australian FMCG business, our client is experiencing company growth and as a result is looking to strengthen its Business Partnering and Commercial Operations team with this new hire.
Job Description Reporting into the Managing Director, key responsibilities of this role will include:
Oversee the commercial and financial aspects of the company's operations. Inventory management. Oversee Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll. Process improvement - developing and maintaining systems. Inventory reporting, harvest forecasting, budgeting and sales support. Building strong relationships with stakeholders on site. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will be CA / CPA qualified with a relevant background in a Management Accounting, Business Partner or Commercial Manager role. Key traits will also include:
Key business partnering / stakeholder relations experience. FMCG industry exposure (desired). Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop effective financial strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
