We have ambitious future plans and have invested in a brand new Distribution and Customer Support Centre to prepare for future growth based in Yennora. To help us, we now need a new member in our Customer Service team.The role reports to the Service Network Supervisor and duties include:Providing support to customers and Epson Authorised Service Partners via phone and emailSupporting Epson Authorised Service Partners to meet or exceed agreed service levelsEnsuring overall customer satisfaction and resolution of outstanding issuesMaintaining and managing existing Service Partner relationshipsConducting initial assessments and appointment of new Service Partners where requiredAssessment of Service Partner performance and Coordination of Training requirementsAssisting with various ad hoc duties including warranty claims and spare parts availabilityTo be successful in this role, you need to have:Great phone manner with outstanding verbal and written communication skillsMinimum of one year experience working in customer service, preference having some experience working with a distributed Service NetworkHigh attention to detail and qualityStrong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasksAble to work in a dynamic and pro-active team environmentPrevious experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Oracle Service Cloud highly advantageous.Full training on our product range and internal systems will be provided to the successful candidate.If you have the necessary skills and desire to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
