What You Will Do The Senior Finance Analyst, Consumer Health Business is responsible for reviewing activities associated with the annual business planning process and monthly IBP updates, preparing analyses for monitoring and reporting on financial data, providing leadership on cross functional teams, and assisting with monthly closings. You will also provide planning support and financial expertise for business decisions and conduct complex financial, accounting or planning analyses.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions for the Consumer Health division Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business operations Provide guidance and recommendations on financial strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and procedures Provide financial analysis and solutions to support business decisions based on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations Assist in the financial planning process and maintain financial models, business case for New product launches Conduct complex financial, accounting, or planning analyses of various functions such as budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures programs, financial planning, and consolidations Challenge business assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and educate business partners on financial issues, concepts, and ownership Perform department expense and capital budgeting, tracking, reporting, month-end, and quarter-close expenses and costs Present complex analysis and ad hoc analyses and presentations to management Provide recommendations to business partners based on financial reports and related analyses What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software Excellent data entry and processing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy Desired Qualifications
Experience in a shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable Strong team working and relationship building skills Ability to express ideas and information in an organized and logical manner Ability to prioritize own workload and work and communicate with management on resolutions of issues or decision making Ability to use computer applications as required, including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic SAP skills What's In It For You Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!
