Who You Are
You’re a skilled Plumber Supervisor with a wealth of experience in overseeing plumbing operations and leading teams to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance. Your extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations allows you to ensure compliance and safety in all projects. With exceptional leadership skills, you excel at mentoring your team, managing workflow, and coordinating efforts to meet project deadlines and objectives.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award
What You'll Do
In the role of Plumber, Supervisor, your duties will include:
* Oversee and manage large plumbing projects.
* Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials.
* Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, and resolve any issues found.
* Train and mentor junior plumbing staff.
* Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
* Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
* Other duties as required
Requirements:
* Must be a US or Australian citizen
* Must have a US TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance
* Must have a minimum of seven years of plumbing experience.
* Must have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
* Must have a Journeyman or Master Plumbing license, or AUS equivalent.
* Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
* Excellent project management and leadership skills.
* Ability to solve complex problems.
* Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
* Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
Desired Qualifications:
* Backflow Prevention Inspector Certification
This role will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
