About the Role
Mobile and Crawler Crane Division of Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced, professional and customer focussed Service Manager. Based in our Rockingham branch and eporting to National Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day service operations and will lead an experienced team servicing our customers throughout Western Australia. This dynamic role is suited for someone with experience in the crane, heavy vehicle, or fleet maintenance industry.
Key Responsponibilities
1. Manage Service team and workload.
2. Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers.
3. Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department.
4. Maintain and develop long-standing professional relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Coordination of warranty and product improvement works
6. Coaching and development of Service Team
7. Ensure behaviour is consistent with business values and expectation/s.
About you
8. Technical experience with Liebherr Mobile Cranes an advantage but not essential
9. Proven experience in a mechanical repair and service environment
10. Previous management or team leadership experience
11. Trade qualifications in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
12. A current driver’s licence
13. Flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
14. Good communication and negotiation skills
