Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Epping. As a key member of our optical industry, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales, and developing a high-performing retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations and embed company values
* Implement roster changes and drive sales through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Coach and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Assist the retail team with customer service, pre-testing, and dispensing
* Support the Retail Director in complaint resolution
* Maintain store presentation standards and stock management
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with ability to multitask between operational responsibilities and team development
* Evaluating and implementing new measures to enhance store performance
* Encourage and motivate the team throughout their development journey
* An efficient response to changing circumstances and delegating tasks effectively
