They have a well-established reputation in their industry and are currently seeking an experienced Retail Facilities Manager.
Our client is seeking an immediate start for an ongoing temp role with the potential of perm for the right candidate!
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organise, direct, and inspect the work of maintenance contractors, supervising the maintenance of records and reports on work performed. Including hands-on technical problems troubleshooting and solving.
2. Enhance relationships and continued business opportunities with key stakeholders.
3. Be the primary contact for technical and maintenance advice, supporting the client as well as day-to-day management of all matters relating to operations, engineering, risk and compliance.
4. Implement and maintain procedures in accordance with National and State regulations as well as any client requirements.
5. Ensure all relevant statutory requirements are appropriately addressed in the delivery of all services.
6. Manage operational and capex budget preparation, forecasting, and delivery.
