You will oversee the entire claims process, from start to finish, coordinating comprehensive return-to-work programs and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for each individual.You will manage workers' compensation and personal accident claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
By developing and implementing tailored return-to-work plans, you will facilitate a smooth recovery process, liaising closely with healthcare providers, insurers, and other relevant parties.To excel in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of workers' compensation legislation and regulatory requirements, and experience in case management or a related field.
You will also demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, driven by a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to employee wellbeing.By prioritising safety and wellbeing, you will have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across Human Resources and Safety Directorate, and Operational Commands.
