About the Role
The Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement team at CareSouth isexpanding. We are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicatedCampaign Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full time,permanent capacity.
The Campaign Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning,coordinating, developing and implementing strategic marketing andcommunications campaigns to build CareSouth’s brandawareness, promote our services and support our clients.
The role works with internal and external stakeholders acrossvarious marketing and communications disciplines to ensureeffective and efficient campaign delivery.
It’s a hands-on role that combines campaign coordinationand tactical execution for ongoing skills development
The successful applicant will have:
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Media and Communications or similar discipline.
2. Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating and implementing marketing and communications campaigns across owned, earned, paid and shared channels.
3. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to present solutions and use initiative.
4. Proven ability to coordinate various marketing disciplines for campaign delivery – communications, media relations, events, digital, advertising and more.
5. Demonstrated experience producing high-quality, strategic communications and creative assets.
6. Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team and prioritise competing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships.
9. Proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
10. Willing to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check clearance.
Desirable
11. Proficiency in a CRM system.
12. Experience managing a team.
13. Agency or client-model experience.
