As a Leading Hand, you'll take the lead in coordinating our skilled Technicians to carry out crucial machine building and commissioning tasks in our modern workshop. With machines spanning construction, utility and quarry equipment with mining specs you will oversee each build's end-to-end construction. Oversee, guide, inspire and motivate your team to consistently deliver their best performance. You will play a crucial role in evaluating our work practices, identifying areas for improvement, and spearheading initiatives that enhance safety and efficiency. Taking tangible actions to propel our operations forward will be your primary responsibility. Maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards in the workshop is a non-negotiable aspect, ensuring that we uphold a pristine and organized environment in accordance with the esteemed 5S standard.
