Position Overview We are seeking an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the southern region of Sydney. This site-based role provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and technical expertise in managing asset operations and maintenance. You will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of our facility, enhancing the reliable production of renewable energy. You’ll work as part of a close-knit, skilled team in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Oversight: Direct the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the plant. Strategic Implementation : Develop, review, and execute equipment strategies and O&M plans while optimizing inventory management. Team Engagement: Actively contribute as an essential member of the Team. Standby Support: Provide standby assistance outside of regular working hours as needed. To be considered for this role, you should have: Proven Leadership Experience Several years of experience in operations and maintenance with a Heavy industry or power station background Technical strong with Mechanical or Electrical Trade qualifications Strong skills in troubleshooting and fault-finding. Familiarity with computerized enterprise Management of Work Systems, preferably SAP.
