By leveraging technology, they aim to create a modern, accessible healthcare system that meets the needs of all Australians, ensuring better health outcomes and greater control over personal health information.Your new roleAs an EL1 Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex projects within the agency. Day-to-day, you’ll:Provide comprehensive planning, leadership, and management of projects and project teams. Define and manage project requirements, scope, and end-to-end delivery, ensuring compliance with the Agency’s project management framework, policies, and procedures.Engage with stakeholders to understand, negotiate, and resolve complex issues. Exhibit strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across suppliers, government bodies, and cross-functional teams.Demonstrate strong project management expertise in delivering digital projects. Be proficient in various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid). Manage project schedules, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies effectively.Adapt to changing demands and lead project teams through uncertainty. Respond flexibly to evolving project requirements and ensure project alignment with the Agency’s strategic goals.Maintain an extensive understanding of government policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
