Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation with a 50-year history of providing disability and therapy services for children, adolescents and adults in the Northern Territory. Our multi-disciplinary team includes Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants.

About you
You’re looking for a new adventure and an opportunity to diversify your clinical experience and take on a senior role in a growing team. You enjoy a relaxed, outdoor lifestyle, and value a collaborative workplace where you can truly make a difference.
You will be able to demonstrate:
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology and current certification
* Experience within a disability sector context, working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
* A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
* Well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* Experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic supports
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Drivers Licence.
