We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Halycon Land Lease Communities Sales Team in Victoria.
About the Role
As a key management role, you will be responsible for a regional portfolio in VIC and WA, focusing on meeting sales and settlement targets of development communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of sales targets, pricing, sales strategies, and timelines across trading and launch communities.
* Provide leadership on strategic issues and contribute to the integration of project disciplines to maximise project outcomes.
* Ensure sales risks are mitigated through diversification and ongoing forecast management for each project based on pipeline, marketing offering, and competitor activity.
* Achieve sales and settlements volume targets in accordance with approved budgets per project(s), including agreed investor/owner/builder ratio of sales.
* Position sales activities, systems, and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits per project(s).
* Drive discipline and consistency in processes and practices, regularly reviewing performance, customer experience to achieve sales, settlement, and profit outcomes.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property Management, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
* Industry experience is necessary, and knowledge of legislative requirements, processes, statutory, and regulatory frameworks relating to manufactured/residential homes will be highly regarded.
* Effective management and experience using CRM; Salesforce highly desirable.
* Possess a high level of financial and commercial business acumen.
* Demonstrated application of sales and marketing techniques and frameworks.
* Extensive sales team management and coaching experience and the ability to manage and lead a high-performance and outcomes-oriented team of sales professionals.
