Job Description
Based in our stylish environment at the Robina Office on the Gold Coast, this role involves working within the dynamic Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team. You will support Metricon customers throughout their pre-build process, working closely with internal teams including Drafting, Estimating, and Permits.
* Effectively manage customer expectations and ensure they are aware of their home's status during the pre-construction process.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
* Provide regular updates to customers and maintain accurate records of their project details.
* Liaise with suppliers and coordinate client variations when required.
* Ensure customer quality control through professional communications and data entry.
