Role
In this role you will:
* Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to one of our customers.
* Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions.
* Experience opportunities to support Servers, Networking and other IT equipment.
* Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain a best practice environment.
* Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software.
Requirements
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.
* Great attention to detail and time management skills.
* Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider. (Desired)
* Must have vehicle and full driver's license. (Mandatory)
