The Role
This permanent part-time position is ideal for those who enjoy working with people in their own home environment and local community. You will be responsible for proactively supporting peoples' independence, social connections, and promoting positive health & wellbeing.
* Providing quality care and support to clients in a range of settings
* Supporting clients to maintain their independence and engage in their communities
* Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve client outcomes
* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A genuine passion for caring for others
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Certification or higher in Individual Support (Cert III) or related studies, including nursing
* An ability to communicate with clients in English (other languages can be helpful too)
