We are currently accepting applications for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Fat Noodle team at our beautiful property in Sydney. In this crucial role you will assist supervising the organisation of sections to be prepared in line with the Sous Chef’s direction. You will work closely on daily specials, support specific stations, and provide mentorship to team members under your direction.

What are we looking for?
11. Previous experience in an leadership role in up-market and high volume Asian restaurant kitchen team
12. Culinary qualifications such as Commercial Cookery Cert III, is required (Cert IV Highly desired)
13. Someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
14. Knowledge of a variety or Asian cooking styles (high volume wok, highly desired)
15. Full-working rights to commit to work across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
16. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with others
