About the role: The Paediatric Hospital in the Home and Daystay nurses are responsible for the delivery of high quality care to patients admitted to the Barwon Health Paediatric Homecare (HITH/PAC) and Daystay.
The roles will work across early and late shifts including weekends.
As an experienced Paediatric nurse, you will provide evidence-based care and education to patients and families in the home environment and Ambulatory setting.
