Working closely with a team of five, the Strata Assistant will provide essential administrative support, assist Strata Managers, and ensure seamless communication with Owners Corporations and service providers. This role offers a mix of administration, compliance, and customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a structured yet varied workday.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and data entry support to the strata team.
* Assist Strata Managers with daily operations and portfolio management.
* Liaise with Owners Corporations and service providers as required.
* Read, interpret, and apply relevant strata legislation.
* Coordinate and arrange maintenance and repairs.
* Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for meetings.
* Process invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Support the coordination of strata-related works and projects.
About You
* Experience in strata, property management, real estate, or strong administrative background.
* Ability to interpret and apply legislation.
* Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working with technology and property management systems.
* Certificate of Registration (preferred but not essential).
