You will build relationships and get to know your front-line colleagues and senior managers in a supportive team environment where you will be encouraged to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Put your HR and ER knowledge and skills to use in a complex organisation supporting vulnerable Children and Families based in Victoria.
* Develop relationships and provide HR and ER support to a specific region, allowing you to get to know the staff and understand their unique culture and support needs.
* Work closely with our team of HR Business Partners and be supported by General Managers with over 30 years of combined service, as well as a People and Culture Team specialising in Talent Acquisition and Learning, OH&S, and Wellbeing.
