Salary - $70,000 - $75,000 + super

The Role & Responsibilities
* Prepare weekly sales reports, meeting minutes, and finance approval updates.
* Coordinate finance updates, deposits, and title changes with selling partners.
* Manage post-contract variations and provide after-sales service support.
* Draft and issue new construction build contracts via DocuSign.
* Support the sales team with marketing materials, event preparation, and presentations.
* Provide pricing and brochures for House and Land packages.
* Oversee display home and garden maintenance.
* Manage staff leave rosters, weekly stock lists, cancellations, and refunds.
* Assist with general administrative duties and land transactions as required.
About YOU
* Highly regarded: 1+ years of experience in a similar Residential Construction role.
* Must have strong administrative and multitasking skills.
* Ability to confidently follow up on documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
* Enjoy working as part of a team in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.
* Looking for opportunities to grow with the company as they continue to achieve.
* Must have permanent working rights.
