If you're looking for a long-term fit, growth opportunities, and to work with great people, please apply now!Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Process weekly and monthly payroll in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain payroll records, timesheets, leave entitlements, and employee dataEnsure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreementsAssist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and auditsRespond to payroll-related queries from employees and managementCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracyStay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulationsOther ad hoc duties as requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar end-to-end standalone payroll position.
They will be tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new software with ease.
Additionally, they will have payroll experience for both Australian and NZ employees.
