We are currently seeking experienced HSE Professionals for upcoming exciting projects within the Mining, Construction, and Oil & Gas industries across Western Australia. Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across sites and projects. Provide HSE training and support to employees, contractors, and stakeholders. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Promote a culture of safety through proactive communication, engagement, and leadership. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Monitor and report on safety performance, recommending and executing improvement initiatives. Assist in the management of emergency response planning and coordination. Requirements : Proven experience in HSE roles within the Mining, Construction, or Oil & Gas industries. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or equivalent). Strong understanding of WHS regulations and best practices in the mining, construction, or oil & gas sectors. Experience with incident investigation, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and drive a safety-first culture. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Current First Aid, WorkSafe certifications, and CSR (Construction Safety Representative) qualification are highly desirable. WA-based or willing to relocate to Western Australia. Why Join Us ?
