Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist & CRM Implementation Specialist at FYME located in Perth, WA. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems & CRM Implementation Specialist to lead the integration, migration, and optimisation of HubSpot CRM and other business-critical IT systems within our organisation. While direct HubSpot experience is preferred, this role is open to professionals with strong CRM, automation, and integration expertise who can quickly adapt to HubSpot's environment.
The ideal candidate will oversee the technical setup, API integrations, data migration, security, and training required to successfully implement HubSpot and ensure seamless interoperability with our existing technology stack.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration from Monday.com to HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data transfer and mapping.Configure HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs (or equivalent CRM systems) to align with business needs.Develop custom CRM workflows, automation, and reporting dashboards to improve operational efficiency.Integrate HubSpot (or other CRM systems) with various platforms, including Xero (Finance), JotForm (Forms), WhatsApp Business, Edvisor/Ally (Student Quotes), Google Workspace, Acuity Scheduling, Referral Factory, Mailchimp, WordPress (Website), and social media platforms.Utilize REST APIs, Zapier, or middleware solutions to ensure seamless data synchronisation between platforms.Troubleshoot and maintain integrations between CRM, finance, and marketing platforms.Ensure data integrity, backup, and security compliance with Australian data protection laws.Implement best practices for cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, and cloud security.Optimize cloud-based document storage (Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.) for improved accessibility and security.Develop and implement automation workflows for lead nurturing, sales follow-ups, and customer service inquiries.Optimize client journey mapping, email sequences, chatbot interactions, and document management systems.Assist with website form integrations, lead tracking, and referral system enhancements.Develop internal training materials and conduct workshops to onboard staff onto HubSpot or alternative CRM platforms.Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for internal users.Act as the liaison between IT, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition.Track and analyze CRM adoption, sales automation efficiency, and customer engagement.Stay updated with emerging CRM trends, automation tools, and integration solutions.Continuously refine IT processes to increase efficiency, reduce manual workloads, and enhance user experience.Required Skills & Experience: Technical Skills: CRM Expertise: Experience in implementing and managing CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.API & Integration Experience: Ability to configure and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.Database & Data Management: Strong understanding of data migration, SQL queries, and CRM data structures.Automation & Workflows: Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, or custom workflow automation.Cloud & SaaS Platforms: Knowledge of Google Workspace, Xero, WordPress, WhatsApp API, and cloud document management.Security & Compliance: Understanding of GDPR, Australian data protection laws, and cybersecurity best practices.Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot integrations and data inconsistencies.Strong communication skills to train and support non-technical staff.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively.Project management experience to oversee CRM transition and minimize business disruptions.Preferred Qualifications: CRM Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications).3+ years of experience in CRM implementation, integration, and automation.Previous experience working in education, migration, or consultancy industries is a plus.Lead the digital transformation of a growing international consultancy.Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge CRM and automation tools.Work in a dynamic and fast-growing company with international reach.Opportunities for professional development, certifications, and training.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a resume and a brief cover letter outlining their CRM experience, integration skills, and relevant IT expertise.
