We’re now looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to our Finance Manager, this diverse role will shape how our finance function evolves and thrives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Month-End & Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, completing journals, accruals, and prepayments.
* Bank Recs & Compliance: Ensuring timely, accurate reconciliations; handling BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations.
* Cash Flow Forecasting: Updating daily forecasts and working with internal teams to align payment schedules.
* Fixed Assets & Finance Contracts: Recording assets, verifying valuations, and managing finance contract setups, repayments, and residuals.
* Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing process enhancements to streamline our finance operations.
* Collaboration: Partnering with accounts payable, collections, and other teams, offering ad-hoc support as needed.
What It Takes to Succeed in This Role:
* Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Accounting/Finance combined with 3+ years in a similar role; CPA/CA qualified (or nearly there).
* Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Proficient with Excel and comfortable working with ERP/financial systems.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Able to work under deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
* Proactive Mindset: Keen to spot process gaps and drive improvements - we need your initiative!
* Great Communication & Team Spirit: Able to work with people at all levels and thrive in a collaborative setting.
